Terms of Service

These terms and conditions of service (TOS) apply to all services related to the Spam-Harvest-Proof Email Link system ("S-H-PEL") provided by Bontrager Connection, LLC and the flow-to.com domain and subdomains ("Us", "We", or "Our"). As an S-H-PEL user ("You" or "Your"), You must agree to all terms and conditions of the TOS, without reservation.

Your use of S-H-PEL is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may stop using S-H-PEL at any time, for any reason, including disagreement with the TOS, dissatisfaction with service, or because you're having a bad day.

Any account unused for at least six (6) months will be terminated, unless other arrangements were made previously.

We will endeavor to have S-H-PEL available to You at all times, unless Your account is suspended or terminated. However, We will not be liable if, for any reason, S-H-PEL is unavailable at any time or for any period. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, server or software upgrades or transfers, or essential maintenance, that is not completed without service interruption. We will not be liable for loss or damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise if S-H-PEL becomes unavailable or is suspended for any reason. The availability of S-H-PEL service is not guaranteed.

You will endeavor to always allow delivery of email from flow-to.com sent to Your email delivery address, the address where your S-H-PEL email is routed to ("Delivery Address"). This may require white-listing or other actions to prevent the email from being blocked or misfiltered.

You expressly agree that your use of S-H-PEL is at your sole risk.

We may store any and all information sent to or through S-H-PEL to have it available for debugging, to trace or foil cracking attempts, to measure use and/or obtain statistics, and to help us determine how to make the service more useful, faster, safer, and easier to use. Your personally identifying information and the personally identifying information of those who use your S-H-PEL link is never voluntarily shared with any other person or entity — the exception being in case S-H-PEL is sold or otherwise transferred.

We may send S-H-PEL service notices or announcements to Your Delivery Address.

We may modify the TOS at any time and at our sole discretion. After the TOS changes, an email notice will be sent to Your Delivery Address.

If any TOS modification is unacceptable to You, your only recourse is to stop using S-H-PEL.

The following are prohibited:

• Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to Us or any S-H-PEL user.
• Using S-H-PEL on any web sites containing
  • hate, racism, bigotry, or material promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual,
  • materials promoting or providing instructional information about unlawful practices,
  • trademarks or copyrighted material without permission of the trademark or copyright owners,
  • materials deceptive and possibly harmful to others, whether or not the material is illegal, or
  • materials that exploit, abuse, or defame.
• Using S-H-PEL on any web site that benefits from, or receives traffic because of, unsolicited email.
• Using S-H-PEL at a level of use so high that it could or does adversely affect other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer S-H-PEL services or software.

At our sole discretion, We may suspend or terminate Your use of S-H-PEL for any duration and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of any provisions of the TOS, Our need to perform maintenance, improvement, or any other services to the website, and in order for Us to safeguard the integrity of S-H-PEL.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of S-H-PEL by any person or entity, regardless of whether We are informed of the possibility of damages in advance. These limitations apply to all causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Our negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation and other torts.
